Whole Wheat Crepes
I've admitted before that I absolutely {love} breakfast food, only now that I'm noticing how my breakfast recipes outnumber any other meal I'm getting a little worried.

At present onto one of my favorite breakfast recipes. Luckily my kids require them too, so they are requested almost every Sunday morning. I found this recipe over at 100 Days of Real Food. The just minor change I make is using almond milk. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but I swear it gives information technology a yummy nutty flavor. I've used skim milk likewise though, so you are welcome to use whatever you have on hand.

Whole Wheat Crepes
{makes 12 – 8 inch crepes}
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
one cup unsweetened almond milk*

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Directions
Using electrical beaters, or the whisk attachment on your KitchenAid, whisk together cream and maple syrup until soft peaks class.
